Electron Microscopy 101 Series: microanalysis and focussed ion beam

This lecture will cover the different microanalysis techniques available at the Bio21 Advanced Microscopy Facility, Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS), Energey Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), Electron Bascatter Diffraction (EBSD) as well as Focussed Ion beam usage for both material and biological samples.
