FIJI Workshops 2019
FIJI (Image J) workshops for researchers that want to visualise their images, extract quantitative data from then and learn how to automate their analyses
FIJI (Image J) is an open source software package for visualising and quantifying digital images (www.fiji.sc).
We are running our popular FIJI workshop series again in June/July. These workshops consist of a short introductory presentation followed followed by hands-on demonstrations in a computer lab. Time is allocated at the end of each workshop for researchers to use the software on their own data.
See table below for dates/times and registration links:
Please only register for one FIJI for Beginners or FIJI for Quantification workshop. Select either workshop A or workshop B. These are repeats of the same workshop.
|FIJI for Beginners (Workshop A)||26th June 2019||1 - 5 pm||Workshop full|
|FIJI for Beginners (Workshop B)||28th June 2019||1 - 5pm||Workshop full|
