Lightsheet Microscopy Workshop

Lightsheet microscopy enables the macro-scale fluorescence imaging of tissues and small organisms. This workshop will cover the basics of lightsheet microscopy, tissue clearing and some of applications possible on our UltraMicroscope II.

Speakers will include Dr. Gabriela Segal (Biological Optical Microscopy Platform), Dr Kay Richards (Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health), Dr. Jonathan Bensley (Dept. Anatomy & Neuroscience, University of Melbourne), Kate Brody (Dept. Otolarnygology, University of Melbourne).

Seminar: 10-11am, Tuesday 19th March

The seminar will be followed by instrument demonstrations and the chance to test the system with your own samples

Demonstrations: Will run in 30 minute sessions after the seminar. Places will be limited and a signup sheet will be available at the seminar
