EM Sample preparation workflows; Bio21's and Leica Microsystem's toolbox; Exploring The Structure and Life Cycle of SARS-COV-2 and other viruses.

A presentation by Scott Merrington from Leica Microsystems describing the workflow processes available at Bio21 and from Lecia Microsystems to prepare samples for imaging and structural analysis.

Presentation will include examples of the workflows involved, example results from other comparable intuitions and advancements in TEM image segmentation software.
